Appointment Policies
Cancellations/Reschedule
Please give a 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. For your convenience you will receive a reminder text message and email 48-hours before your appointment. If you cancel after 8 pm the night before your appointment that will be considered a late cancel and 50% of total service amount will be charged and your appointment time will be offered to clients on my waiting list.
No Shows
No shows will be charged 100% of the bill.
There are always Exceptions to the Rules
I'm a single mom with 3 kids, I get it....life happens! If you need to cancel due to an illness or family emergency etc, please call so we can make other arrangements. If for some reason I need to reschedule your appointment I will take $10 off your service for your inconvenience.
Due to the amount of time taken all appointments 2+ hours must be held with a credit card.
Running Late
If you are running late for your appointment please let me know as soon as possible and I'll let you know if I can still take you or if we need to reschedule. If I'm having a busy day and I'm booked back to back with no wiggle room I may not have enough time to take you.
Pre-Paid Packages
Cancellations/Reschedules made after the 24 hour window will be charged $25 at the time of the rescheduled appointment. If you no show you automatically loose one in your package.
Only myself and the scheduled client are allowed in the work space during an appointment. If for whatever reason someone is accompanying you they can wait in the lobby during your appointment.
