My name is Vicki Buurman, and I’m a licensed Esthetician as well as the proud owner of Wild Prairie Spa. I graduated from Capitol School of Esthetics in 1998 and have been passionate about helping people feel confident in their skin ever since.

I offer a variety of facials designed to nourish not only your skin but also your soul. My true passion, however, is Sugaring. While looking for ways to improve the waxing experience for my Brazilian clients, I discovered this all-natural method of hair removal that’s gentle on the skin, requires no heat, and keeps you smoother for longer. I became certified in Sugaring in August 2017—and I’ve been in love with it ever since.

I am truly honored by the trust my clients place in me, especially when providing such personal services. My goal is always to create a safe, welcoming, and professional environment where you can relax, feel at ease, and leave with renewed confidence in your skin.

Outside the spa, I’m married with three grown children, plus two wonderful bonus sons. At home, I’m also a proud (and slightly crazy) Frenchie mom to my two French Bulldogs, Lil’ Pump and Mox, as well as a cat named Boots. I love watching football and volleyball, and in my free time, you can usually find me gardening, refurbishing furniture, or sipping on an iced vanilla latte.
